Job Description

The M365 & Google Workspace Analyst is responsible for administering and supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, domain hosting platforms, and email-related services. This role includes hands-on backend configuration, troubleshooting, and managing cloud systems, as well as direct communication with clients to gather requirements, explain solutions, ensure successful project delivery and resolve issues. The technician will also handle migrations across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and file storage environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

M365 and Google Workspace Administration Managed and support M365 and Workspace platforms, including user accounts, email systems, collaboration tools, security policies, and storage services. Security Enforcement Monitor and enforce security policies, including multi-factor authentication, access controls, and data loss prevention. Migration Management Plan and execute migrations between M365, Google Workspace, and other platforms, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption. Application Troubleshooting Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to M365 and Google Workspace applications. SMTP & Scan-to-Email Administration Configure and manage SMTP servers and scan-to-email settings. Troubleshoot scan-to-email delivery issues, resolve authentication or security problems, and coordinate DNS or mail routing updates to ensure reliable email functionality. Documentation and Reporting Generate reports on usage, compliance, and system performance.

Qualification

Associates Degree in IT or a related field, OR 1-2 years of experience in IT, or a related field. Proficiency in utilizing Autotask, Zoho, Office 365, and G Suite applications. Familiarity with alert systems and experience in implementing alerts for key products such as OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
